Exchange & Return Policy

Ready-made items can be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the date of purchase invoice.

The abaya must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.

The original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided with the product.

Refunds are processed using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

The refund process may take up to 5 business days depending on the bank or card issuer.

Note: Customized abayas are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
